Surprising even us hardcore horror fans, sequel to the cult movie Slaughterhouse (1987) just had and an early premiere of it’s long gestated sequel Slaughterhouse 2: Death Metal. Premiere was held in The Motor Transport Museum in Caampo , same location that was used for much of the filming last year.
The truck museum was a setting for the murderous father and son duo- who make beef jerky out of
hikers they catch on the Pacific Crest trail. I mean, what else could you do with them.
Against all odds producer Jorry Encoe and director Rick Roessler decided to restart the franchise after close to 40 years after witnessing sold out showing in Alamo Drafthouse organized by Quentin Tarantino. I guess they realized people are finally ready for a bit more slaughter.
